We aim to provide applicants with a decision in principal within 48 business hours. Interest rates on the loans we source are competitive and vary depending on the security offered. Interest is generally accrued and paid monthly. Some lenders permit interest-only and rolled up interest options.
Our standard loan arrangement fee is 2% which we split with brokers who refer borrowers that we go on to source funding for.
